I need Good Dough for Baking Za3tar and cheese

Can someone give me the ingredients for a good dough?????

Amounts:

- 4 cup flour
- 2 / 1 1 spoon feed yeast
Whittan-blank (and Gmail Coppersmith of lipid composition after paste)
- 2 / 1 2 spoon feed sugar.
- Grain salt
- 2 / 1 cup warm water
- 3 Tablespoons food milk powder
Spoon - feed initiated Bkenj
- 2 / 1 cup olive oil



Method:

Mixed-Yeast + sugar + water and leave aside.
Mixed-dried + blank white + oil and rubbed fingers fingertips.
- Mixing flour with water until you have a paste composed hard with the addition of water if necessary.
